How does the Water Fed Pole System Work?
The water we use to clean is filtered by a three-stage filtration process. This involves a carbon filter, a reverse osmosis membrane filter, and a deionisation resin filter. The filtered water contains a reading for total dissolved solids of less than 2 parts per million.
The brush is used to agitate and loosen the debris off the glass whilst spraying the window with pure water. The brush is then lifted a few inches from the glass to rinse it. The deionised water is lacking in ions, so it will pull solids off the glass and dissolve the solids into the water, aiding in the cleaning process. Because there are no solids dissolved in the water, the windows dry clear without water spots.
Why do you use a pure water system?
Our main concern is safety. The risks of working at height can be eliminated if the users feet remain firmly on the ground. Damage to property and gardens from frequent ladder use can also be avoided.
We accept that this method of cleaning is not for everyone but there are many advantages. For example we are more able to reach windows above conservatories, roof windows, an other hard to reach glass that is often not possible with ladders. Our customers privacy is also another factor with no need to climb to upstairs windows to clean them. Many also like the fact that chemicals in soaps and detergents are not being used.
Lastly with a pure water system you never have to worry about how clean the water is from a bucket used on several houses before yours.
How often will you clean my windows?
We do our best to suit you. Regular cleans are often arranged on a 4, 8, or 12 week basis. However we understand some businesses may need weekly cleans. For others it may be once or twice a year.
You may even require a bespoke clean. For example at the end of a tenancy, a house move or a special occasion. Please feel free to ask us for a quote.
How much do you charge?
It would be impossible to give a price without seeing exactly what the job involves. Please feel free to contact us to arrange a quotation.
Are you insured?
Yes. We have public liability insurance for up to £2million.

What experience have you had?
We have over 14 years experience cleaning the windows of houses, conservatories, shops, offices, industrial units, car showrooms, B&Bs and large blocks of flats to name just a few.
We understand that shops may need an emergency clean once in a while, that discretion is needed when cleaning the insides of offices and the extra care needed to work around expensive cars in a showroom.
Whatever the situation we strive to use our experience to maintain a high level of professionalism.
